Playing well.
*Nice PD on a deep ball that he played beautifully.
* Sniffed out a WR screen and made a good tackle for no gain probably preventing a touchdown.

That was a terrible call - it should NEVER have been made in a State finals game.

That call shouldn’t be made in a middle school game. You have mutual combat (hand fighting) and then the DB breaks on the ball to break it up.

The replays didn’t show anything. Makes me wonder if it was on the break, etc. because there was nothing on the PBU. Excited to have him. Played a heck of a game.

Broadcast still was calling him an UNT commit. But would make sense considering the number of DBs we’ve had commit recently.

  Yeah, it reminded me of UConn earlier in the day letting Solo Ball sink the game-tying 3 with 1 second left in regulation--when he was 1-4 on 3s and had a grand total of 4 points. They had hotter hands they could have gone with but still trusted him.
