He needs an appeal to granted to be eligible to play this season. Very sad situation if you ask me.

I love the Mean Green, but rules are rules and there has to be SOME limitation on transfers for the sake of the product. I hope the NCAA upholds this ruling and all others like it.

Your logic makes sense if the NCAA upholds ALL others like it but unfortunately that's not the case...

The tweet doesn't tell the whole story. If y’all recall, former Tech coach Mark Adams was accused of making racial comments which he stated were related to Bible verses. Those comments were directed to a Tech player and referred to the player as a slave and Adams the master. That player Jaylon Tyson. He had a good case for immediate eligibility based on that incident which also resulted in Adams being fired. Based on how appeals have been going this year, this Tyson situation is unique. I don't expect many appeals to be won anymore.
