Thank you Moulaye Sissoko, Rondel Walker, Matthew Stone, Atin Wright, Jonathan Massie, & Latrell Jossell. (Leaving Jasper out here, as he might be back??)
You guys proved a lot of doubters wrong this year, came together quickly, and went on an amazing, fun run.
MOUUUUUUUUU - stepped up big time this year with the departure of Allen. It was fun to watch the huge jump in growth this year, not just in production, but as a team leader.
Dello - Your role changed from last year to this year, and the measured numbers went down, but the hustle went up. We saw that!! We appreciate that!! A great teammate, and a great example of hard work & defensive tenacity.
Stone - 4 years of hustle and big 3's. Best of luck to you in your coaching career moving forward!
Tin - What a year! We all had big expectations of you, and you really came through. When we needed a bucket, you delivered... from that UAB game-winner, to dropping 42 on CLT... Amazing player. So glad you spent your last year here!
John John - I hate it that you missed a lot of the stretch run with the injury, but you came back just in time to be a difference-maker in the conference tourney & NIT. Great season!
Latrell - We don't go as deep in the NIT without that huge game VS ARSt, and embodying that lock-down defensive mentality VS Todd (really anybody you guarded all year). I'm thankful you came to Denton!
Feels like this was done to appease Memphis and keep them in the AAC.

I saw a few semis at MSG that had about the same sort of crowd as last night. NIT attendance largely is about proximity, with a few exceptions (I seem to remember Dayton took a decent crowd when they won about 15 years ago).
Was surprised Loyola didn't bring more people, but that's about it. None of the schools were known for traveling that well and none were super close.
