I think it is time for Eric to admit that this formation is not ever going to be what he thought it was.  I get that we need the players but dammit we need to win now!  There is no time for complacency in this conference.   If we are ever to get admittance into the Big 12 we have to take the bull by the horns.

When we ran the 4-3 during the LaTech game it worked, then that seemed to piss off Caponi and said to hell with that, my way or the highway and we will be a 3-3-5 come hell or highwater. 

I feel for Richards because his talent is being wasted
