then the damn WR does not get out of bounds.

SMH on the basics the team does not do, that's coaching

It was a low throw that he went down to catch. Not sure if he could do anything else.

Stop it. I stand by what I stated. This board is insufferable during games.

It’s a fan board. 🤨😂

When you have 600 yards and put up that effort and lose? You aren’t serious about defense or football. Some serious programs have fired their coordinators mid season. If Caponi is here next year, Morris deserves whatever happens.

Well guys, if our coaches did their jobs in the first half, good possibility this would’ve been an actual victory instead of another moral victory

4 games  now that easily could have been victories if the coaches made better choices and also had the team ready to play from the first snap

Don't know what to think. These coaches do great things in the half time break. Makes you wonder why they cannot do the same thing between games. The second halves show that the players could do it if the conditions are right. But -particularly on defense- things just keep looking horrible the first few drives of games, when the opposing OC has the chance to script it.

At the same time, its great to see that the team has bought in. If they hadn't, then fighting back like that when you keep getting punched in the mouth would not be possible

I triple dog dare anyone to defend this coaching staff now.

It’s a defensive issue… I wasn’t aware every coach on this staff was in charge of that…

The offense scored with just 47 seconds left. That should have been short enough time for the defense to keep Memphis out of the end zone.

Memphis went 75 yds in 30 seconds and then the man to man coverage on the TD is maddening

You do know who’s running this defense, right?

Absolutely not…. Rodgers should have known better and kept the ball and burned that clock. The worst that should have happened is overtime. Not losing the game in the 4th quarter. That’s the most piss poor play I have seen all year is throwing the TD there…. football is chess and these guys should know better!

I think they’re ready to sign Morris to an extension.

I mean, a good coach teaches kids to just tackle the guy before the ball gets there and live another play.

100% - either he wasn’t taught that or didn’t execute what they were coached to do. Difference in the game.

Should have kicked the field goal on our very first series instead of going on 4th and missing.

Hindsight is 20/20 and easy.

guess he is earning his salary with the Shakespearean turn of events in most games.

And for once and for all I wish we could put to bed this notion that some how given our terrible past is an excuse for what is going on today.   Too many programs spending less than us and in a shorter time span have gotten much better results than us.

Oh and Bean the guy Aune/Littrell kept on the bench beat started for the team OU today.

On the bright side it looks like they have some life in them today.  At least I can root for a spread cover.

Beat OU

It is chess, and our win probability was much higher scoring a touchdown with 47 seconds left than kicking a field goal and going to overtime.

Absolutely not because the tie was the worst case scenario. 3 downs to score. 2 if you run it up the middle and keep the click moving. We let the clock burn and still score we win. It was a poor decision.
