I really like this coach so far.

Why not identify the players that are being interviewed?  I can only guess.

Of all the things he says right.... I really appreciate the raw honesty he gives. He will call a player out. He has a good vision for what could have happened. 

I'm not drinking the kool-aid yet but I see potential.

I have wondered the same thing. Seems to be such an obvious thing, just like providing a microphone to the people asking the questions so that they can be heard.  That has improved some, but could be better!
