Sync question

I'm out of town but was curious I saw you can sync our radio with the TV broadcast.

Does anybody know how to do that?

The way I do it  (I watch on Hulu) is I pause the game to sync up with the Varsity app broadcast. The Varsity app is usually 5-10 seconds behind the video.

Same but I have to resync after every commercial break
