The whole “buy-in” argument is the epitome of coach-speak.  If we lose, the “players haven’t bought into what we’re building yet.”  If we play well or win, the “players are finally buying-in or have bought-in to what we’re building.”  Basically, it’s putting the blame on the players.  It’s all platitudes and it’s weak.
