Time of possession - UNT and Navy

Based on the averages (28/29 for UNT and 31 for Navy), could we expect both teams to have about the same TOP?

I'm almost hoping Navy has a decent TOP number.  Otherwise, it may mean they are scoring on 5-play drives with a 40+ yd break-away run.

I would think that Navy would have more TOP because running plays use up more time than pass plays.  That's especially true if they pick up a first on the third or fourth down play.

So powerhouse New Mexico State pounded F.I.U 34 to 17 last night. Since we couldn't stop the Panthers run game I doubt we will have much luck against Navy and expect  our defense to   give up 500+ yards rushing and at least 6 td's.
