I’d assume it’s probably from last year since thats where he came from.

So this kind of thing is a good reminder to spend an hour either booking a photographer /taking a picture/ finding a good picture of yourself to send out if you are going to get on a speaker circuit and the like. 

I don't know how these things are booked normally but I imagine it is fairly cheap to do like Urban did and make sure you have a good picture for your speaking gigs.

I know the original picture for Coach Morris left much to be desired, but it looks like they updated it on their site.
