im trying to grasp how a quarterback has such a great game (from these stats) and loses 63-33

Skimming through the MaxPreps play-by-play... After Melissa scored their first TD, China Springs fumbled the kickoff. Melissa recovered and scored a TD on that drive. China Springs would fumble two more times in their own territory and China Springs also failed to convert a 4th down from their own 26 yard line.

Thanks for taking the time to get some more information. I will say that Cash’s stats are quite impressive, I can only imagine what he could do with more talent at wide receiver.
