I'm not convinced that problem is that UNT isn't interested.

It may be the same as people saying that I'm not interested in hot girls just because I'm not dating one.

I think this is much more likely the issue, other than having no decent NIL program. Our history and our apathy is just so easy to sell against for recruiting. 
 

Denton is a great college town, though, and with DFW down the road, it shouldn’t be a problem to get FBS talent here…unless the coaches are the problem, which we won’t know for certain for at least a couple of seasons at least.
