Many of you were at the Army game at DATCU Stadium few years ago & enjoyed it; especially after the last play field goal which made the Mean Green a winner.   It was a great crowd for both teams & you just felt you were at a college football game & in the way it's supposed to me.

Is Army interested?   They'd get their annual Navy game as a conference game.

I think that game would have to be a non conference game because it needs to be played on a certain date every year. Or so I’ve read

Yuck.

It’s slim pickings out there. Army at least brings in a national brand. SMU did not. It’s an intriguing move.

I remember when Army was in a conference years ago.... (CUSA maybe?) they didn't have much success.  I think they're one of the few schools that would rather stay Independent.  But what do I know.
