UNT 2023 Tailgate Information

This Saturday, we start the Season Hot and Early!

Our Tailgate begins at 10:00 a.m.

Exact location, as always. Blue lot northwest corner closest to the Stadium.

We will be wrapping up Tailgate by 3:00 p.m.

North Texas plays

California Golden Bears

@ 3:00 p.m.

Bring your favorite Drink.

Victor, Amanda, and Lauren are rumored to have Amanda’s Famous Mean Green Jell-O Shots and Coach Morris Italian Sub Sandwiches.

John will have some frozen treats, and I will have balls.

The following are not approved for entry into DATCU Stadium:

• Purses, bags, containers larger than a small clutch bag.
• Backpacks.
• Binocular cases.
• Briefcases.
• Camera bags.
• Cinch bags.
• Computer bags.
• Coolers.
• Fanny packs.
• Luggage of any kind.

At our tailgate, you can bring all listed, but we frown on Briefcases unless they are full of something good to drink.

@Harry - As part of the “New at DATCU Stadium in 2023” communication that just came out, looks like your tailgate area is now officially in the handicapped parking area.  My group is in the same boat.

According to @KingDL1 it was same last year so hopefully no issues.

That's where the ADA spots have always been.  Note the ones on the far North end of the main Blue lot next to the walkway

The athletic’s website says there is a shuttle from downtown from the train station like there used to be.  Not sure if that is accurate or not.
