It's been a while since I went to a game.

What's the process now?  I have my confirmation of purchase for both tickets and a blue pass for Cal, but have heard nothing further from the athletic dept (except for them trying to sell me tickets to Cal . . .)

they have gone to an electronic version for tickets and parking passes.  I dont like it so I go down to the ticket office and have them print the tickets for me.  I dont know how many times I sat behind people with the electronic parking passes trying to get in because the reader would not work.  I remember one game last year they gave up  and let you in.

"You will receive an email with links to access your tickets closer to
the event. Fans will utilize their mobile phones to access their
tickets and enter the venue on game day. Detailed instructions will be
provided in future emails."

Under 10 days out, and no further information.  Is this normal for UNT athletics?  I honestly don't know the process, so that's why I'm asking.

You can sign into your account and download the game ticket and parking pass.

Received that info via email a few days ago.

Ok, thanks!  That's a start, I didn't realize I had an account on the "evenue.net" website.  I got in there and there's no tickets yet.  So I suppose they're just not doing that at this time.

There is a charge for printing tickets.  I believe that it is $5 per seat.  I had my three season tickets printed for a cost of $15.  The parking pass is encoded and hold it where the parking attendant can scan it.  Hang it on your rear view mirror first so that the cop can direct you to the proper parking lot.  There is no charge for the six parking passes.

I tried doing this today and didn’t see anywhere to download the tickets. All I could find is where to transfer them.

i paid 15 to have printed tickets when i bought my season tickets, not 5 per seat.

I downloaded the tickets and parking passes a week or so ago.  After they resent the link that didn't work the first time, everything downloaded fine.  The parking pass will download then when used, flip to the next home game.

I downloaded my Cal tickets and parking pass from my ticket office account a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t have any problems.  Call the ticket office if you’re having trouble and they will walk you through it.

Is the ticket transfer process fairly intuitive? We don't all go into the stadium at the same time.

GMG

I've never done it, but it looks pretty easy. Here's a link to a video I found on the ticket office website.
