GMG report: North Texas adds Kilgore Forward Terrance Dixon

Sources have confirmed to gomeangreen.com that North Texas MBB is using last scholarship to add 6’8 Forward transfer Terrance Dixon from Kilgore. Dixon averaged 8 PPG and 4 Rebs. North Texas was looking to add a lengthy 4 to the roster. It looks like they have found their guy.

Terrance makes momentum changing plays, runs the floor really well, and has nice hands and coordination. He's constantly active with a high-motor and able to guard multiple positions with his size, length, and leaping ability, consistently creating steals and turnovers.Mar 23, 2022

I’m ok with this signing;  considering he is still developing. Looks to have 3 years of eligibility and has already developed physically since high school/Prep. Very athletic  with skills. Great potential without the pressure to produce immediately. Ahead of Morgan off the bench. Legit 6-8 
 

We obviously had a number of kids to tell us no. Appears to be a good low risk high reward pickup. His best basketball is clearly ahead of him.
