How many pitchers did they go through last night? I feel like I saw three in the 1st inning.

As an Astros fan, I went through several.

Two wins from the World Series in the first year back in the playoffs after a seven-year drought is pretty good. Just sucks we had to run into the Astros of all teams. Not looking forward to their Twitter fans being even more toxic next year.

Ranger's bullpen has lost 50+ games this year.  I have no confidence in that part of the team.  I hope they beat Houston, because Houston needs beat in everything, but it will be our own bullpen that the Rangers need to beat to win.

Yeah but every pitcher on our roster with the exception of Eovaldi will be available for game 7. Wouldn't be surprised to see Montgomery pitch tonight at some point....

Bochy is undefeated in Game 7's, Dusty Baker is winless.

Astros have a losing record at home this year, and a team with a losing record at home has never won the World Series.

Rangers are 7-0 on the road this postseason.

I just feel like there are way too many statistics in the Rangers favor, that they are due to be broken up, especially to Houston.

Watching Rangers is very similar to watching Mean Green sports.

Man, I watch a game and they lose.  I don’t watch and they win big.  Conflicted about watching tonight

Well I put the Rangers at risk by watching.  Looks like the jinx was broken.  What a beat down.  Just hope they play Philly. I hate Philly.

I grew up a Rangers fan and kind of followed the Astros when they were in the National League.  Moved to Houston for a couple of years and started to hate all Houston teams because the majority of their fans were a-holes, couldn't cheer for their team without badmouthing the DFW teams at every turn, etc.  I typically found out that DFW fans never really thought about the teams in Houston unless we were playing them while Houston fans rabidly supported their teams while openly hating everything about DFW.  Don't know why, but they always seemed to be trying to overcome an inferiority complex.  To be clear, I have many friends that are Houston fans that are great, but I am addressing the majority.

Then I wandered over to Twitter/X.  That place attracts the biggest a-holes Houston has to offer.  Beating them in this series while winning every game in their ballpark is like ordering a dozen chicken strips from Bush's and discovering about 15 in your box.  I think the true illustration of their fans was the mass exodus in Game 6 after Garcia's slam and the same last night in the eighth inning.

Wonder if their organization will allow us to host our games at Minute Maid.  It's like home away from home.

Beating Harper would be beautiful.

I can't believe my stros repeated the 2019 debacle... we need to burn the juicebox to the ground...

rangers bats were just too much... you could tell things were going to be bad when Seager hit a ball like 500 feet to start the game

Poor @Harry

I'm good with it.   If there was any team that I would want to see win it all other than the Stros it would be the Rangers.  Congratulations, it was a good series.

Yes.  There are a lot of people here who hate the Phillies and Bryce for leaving the Nats for the Phillies.  So if it’s the Phillies there’s a built-in fan base for the Rangers for the next few days

Plus Philadelphia sports fans in general are insufferable. As a lacrosse fan, I've got a lot of people on Twitter I'm going to have to mute if we play the Phils.

Preach it brother.  Most people can avoid them.  But they’re close enough to show up en masse when the Phillies play at Nats Stadium.  And they do.

Yes! I don't follow the college game much but I used to work for MLL's Dallas Rattlers when they played at The Star, then for a season for the NLL's Georgia Swarm before the pandemic hit.
