None of this is surprising if you’ve been paying attention. Our annual giving is terrible from both a $’s perspective and a # of donors perspective.

Maybe it was user error, but I would have preferred a click sheet.  When I gave, I had to give to one organization at a time. I probably would have given more had it been easier.

Clicking a few boxes, auto calculating my total, then giving, would have been easier for me. I had to input my info a few times.
