I will vouch we split an entire cow with my mom and brother.  The steaks I got were second to none, and we are still using ground beef from this cow purchased back in June.  Almost ready to re-up.

The brisket was drier than the Sahara when I went a few years ago. I was very underwhelmed with it.

1. 3 and a half hours

2. not yet. I  deliver about an hour from house.

3. I use a whirlpool for all my freezers

I was referring to 407 in Argyle. However, it's probably better since the last time I went.

Not our official GMG beef supplier. I do need to hit JD up though next time I head to East Texas.
