Is it just me or do we need to do whatever is needed or possible to retain this guy?  He seems to have made a huge impact in the caliber and quality of recruits we are landing.  I just worry that a P5 school will money whip him into leaving us.  In addition, this entire staff seems to be a huge upgrade in terms of recruiting effort and results.

The social media presence makes it feel more involved and up-to-date for us fans. But also, social media is incredibly important for recruiting and it's important to recruits so yeah, it's a breath of fresh air and really exciting.
