Where's the oversight in this type of crap?   Why have all of the Pantone color crap specifications if teams can just wear what they want?  I just don't get UNT sometimes.

I don't think this has anything to do with what level you're at, or what your budget is.  It's worse than that.

Focus in on the picture. They are similar to the green and white striped ones they wore last year.
