yeah the question was "Why couldn't Gumms go to UNT for NIL money" 

 

my answer was clarifying that LTTC is the place to go, not NT, as NT cannot do NIL by law. 

my point about OU's NIL collectives having more cash remains. IMHO OU's collectives have more cash than does LTTC.

OU def has more cash than UNT at the moment. OU is not after Gumms services.

In all honesty, I hate the NIL, but that has nothing to do with this situation.  Gumms handled it poorly, period.

I like DP and ice cream, but have never thought about combining the two.
