I see there is a new sub shop right across the street from New York Sub Hub, but in one of those leasing spaces in that ugly, bland apartment building.

each sandwich will be $3 cheaper, but you have to wait in a 45 minute line to just cross the street for one.

It's been there since the summer. Pretty unique restaurant as it's a marijuana themed sandwich shop, it's really good if I do say so myself.

You should've seen what was there before the apartment complex, just an ugly strip mall.

If they can keep the old Sack-n-Save building, they could have kept the strip mall... old DG, Rockin' Rodeo and all. 😥

Crazy how each time I drive around campus there are more houses being torn down in exchange for small apartment buildings.
