This won't be an easy game, but if we come in focused I say we win by 6-10 points.  If we come in feeling sorry for ourselves, we're gonna get beaten.

I don't know. I can't imagine they're any better than anyone in the bottom half of our conference. Then factor in we get them at home with a probable 5k+ crowd, we should win this going away (12-18 points).

If we get them trapped into our style, I see a scenario where it can get uglier.

We're not gonna get 5K out for this game.  I can't find the number, but I am nearly certain we didn't get that for Virginia.  We're certainly not getting it for Alcorn State.

Given the opponent, I hesitate to guess but I don't think it'll be good.

Wikipedia says 4,866. I could have sworn it was better than that.

Surprised we haven't seen any ticket deals come out yet.

What about Texas State?  I'd say look at that game and we'll probably be in the neighborhood of what we get for Alcorn State.  Give or take a few hundred people anyway.

Only 3,386. A lot of opposing fans too.

Per Meangreensports.com we had the following:

TX St. 3,386 (game was on a Tuesday night)

VA 4,866 (game was on Sunday)

Regarding ticket deals, students get in for free.  Hope they can walk all the way to the SP.

Spring Break just started. There will hardly be any students there. Last year, when we played Virginia, Spring Break was just ending. In fact, because Spring Break just started today, we may not get an NIT game at home with the students back. The only chance of that is if OK State loses and we make it the 3rd round.

Well, that's not necessarily the case.  Usually the NIT 2nd round games stretch from Saturday to Monday.  I know on the printable bracket they show all the Second Round played on the 18th or 19th, but I wouldn't be stunned if this doesn't actually happen.

Typically there are two second round games on Saturday, two on Sunday, and four on Monday (which would definitely be after the students are back).  The Sat/Sun winners then play on Tuesday, the Monday winners on Wednesday.

Ok cool. Hopefully either way we have a decent crowd.

That is the largest listed spread so far.

Of note, UAB is a -9.5 favorite in their game with Southern Miss.

Sam Houston is +3.5 in their game at Santa Clara.
