As they say in the business, "We got a Steal"! Young lady looks like a potential WNBA pick. Hope all goes well for her at UNT first. I think her HS is in a lower classification because her game is more advanced than her competition (most games). Just finished watching a game against Benton, LA on Feb. 20, 2025. (NFHS Network) Looked to have scored about 30. Women’s Hoops Begins AAC Tournament Monday Night Against ECU
Good win, but if I were Burton, I would have us in the gym tonight shooting free throws until our arms fell off. Should have beat them by 20. -

AAC Tourney Prediction
I wouldn't be surprised if one of those 5-8 teams makes a run. UNT has been hot and cold, but they just had a good look at Temple, so they should have a good game plan going into their first game assuming its against Temple. The possible match up between UAB/UNT could almost be a toss up, UAB plays later Thursday night and that could be important. The program need to be in the best tournament available to them. Because this team will most likely need to do some major recruiting again this off season.- 1

Look who is #12 on this list...
The really great thing (for us) about Hodge is that he is committed to snail-paced offense, & infinite-grinding defense. Not exactly the most “exciting” brand of basketball, and certainly not one that’s going to convince some 5* recruit to come play for him at one of these P5 schools. Think about Coach Niumatalolo & all the success he had at Navy, but no P5 came calling. Hopefully we have a guy like that who sticks around for 15yrs & has a ton of amazing seasons along the way, playing a unique, thorn-in-your-ass brand of basketball.- 1
