It's sure nice seeing #16 Texas, #22 North Texas, and #25 Texas A&M being the only ranked schools in our state.

If I understand correctly, once we are in the American, they will no longer be able to list on any "Mid-Major" polls.  The conference has specifically asked not to be included in any of those polls.  Again, IIRC.
