I stole some of this from JD's post, but it looks like we officially offered him.  He currently has FBS offers from Army and Air Force. On his twitter account, he has videos where he kicked one from 58 yards. I'm sure his leg will only get stronger.

Ultimately it's his call and what he feels the most comfortable with. He had a visit here, so that should give him some familiarity with Denton and the staff. Houston just offered and hasn't really visited or had him on campus. So it comes down to a service academy, UNT, or dirty Houston.
