Never understood a call like that against Rubin. Ref right in front of the play doesn’t make a call, but one up high blows his whistle. Maddening.

This is the Huntsberry we have been waiting to see.  Need another solid scoring threat other than Perry.  Hope he stays hot all game.

Was thinking the same. He's playing with confidence.

Consider what we normally do on TV, in front of big crowds, with championship implications on the line.

Hope you're right, though.

Wrong sport and coach.

We have to be number one in the nation in shot clock violations.

I hate shot clock violations.  Just shoot something with 5 seconds, instead of 1 second and in panic mode.

When I heard this was a sell out I was intrigued. Upon further review they play in a high school gym, not as impressive. I would hope they’re planning on upgrading?

Yes, they plan to buy a more powerful microwave for the concession stand soon.

Yeah, student involvement. Creating life long fans starts when they’re students. Student involvement in basketball events are next to none (shout out to the Maniacs tho for taking upon themselves and starting a grassroots movement). I’d just like to see the school get creative in engaging the student body, primarily the ones that live on or near campus.

Vito had a good article on the formation of the Maniacs.  I will see if I can find it, but as I recall it was not a grassroots movement.

Really don't know how FAU got invited into the AAC.  Other than their Florida location they have minor league facilities and lousy attendance.

Good half. We need to switch things up with Perry. They are sitting on his step back 3s so he’s driving, which seems to be what they want him to do. He’s not great at getting to the rim and he isn’t a great creator for others off the bounce. Hope to see us let Jones and Huntsberry create more and run some off-ball actions to spring Perry. We need him doing what he does best, and they aren’t letting him do it when he has the ball in his hands.
