If we plan to run this scheme, we better stunt a hell of a lot better than we ever have.  We better get off blocks better than we ever have.  We better man cover better than we ever have.

I hope we run whatever scheme gets our best 11 of the field regardless of what positions they play.

I was about to say, with Reffett's 3-3-5 we'd regularly send 5 or 6 rushers. 

I like the 3-3-5 because it gives multiple looks and multiple fronts without having to sub players as often (assuming you have a couple LB/Safety hybrid players on the field at all times). Plus the ability to send pressure everywhere and still cover well in the back end
