With Morris' ties to Leach and the air raid, it would make sense to bring one of these guys here. They already know the system (at least the base system) and I'm sure if Leach thought they could play QB for his system, Morris probably feels the same.

The NIL sucks!  If they are going to continue to do it there should be a individual limit for all.  Furthermore, it should be relatively small...say $10,000/$15,000 for each.  Those that make the most money can outbid almost any G5 (except maybe SMU).  Come on NCAA.  Let's control Pandora's box.

NIL just legalized what was already happening.   Putting a ceiling on it won't change anything.

I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen this in 20+ years of fandom.

Maybe it happens more than I know, but it doesn't strike me as a reason you start baseball program for.

Oh I completely agree, I was just stating that it might impact us with this specific player.

You guys that know the tax code, I wonder if these NIL recruits know they must report this as income?  You know, unearned income.

of course they do, The school system is the best in the world at explaining this tax system to kids. really though,  they should be have an accountant once they get an NIL deal
