Does anyone know what the plan is or the timeframe for delivering on the plan?

I don't think that he can possibly know how long the plan will take.  He has chosen the staff that he believes can deliver.  He thinks that we will be competitive our first year.  I'm sure that he understands that he will have to interface with Denton/Denton County and the UNT Faculty and Student Body to fill the stadium.  That may or may not come in the first year but I definitely believe there will be improvement.  He sold us pretty quickly so let's hope that some of that will carryover to the people of Denton, Lewisville, Flour Mound, etc.  I don't know exactly what his plan is and how much will have to be done by the AD but I think that we'll be in full gear by the third year.
