Realistic expectations

I think this will be a challenging year for recruiting but next year will be fantastic.  I don’t think it is fair to put unrealistic expectations on this staff because the started late and as Littrell left them a lot to overcome.

Recruiting has changed so much with the introduction of the transfer portal.  I honestly don't feel that we have been "hamstrung" by the coaching change at all and am excited to see what this staff produces prior to NSD on February 1st.  Between the portal and unsigned high school athletes, I think there is more than enough talent out there combined with the renewed excitement around our program to produce a very good class.
