Listed MSU’s as a PWO, not our’s, but also offered by the likes of Boston College, South Alabama and some others. Was the #2 rusher in the state of Florida his junior year of HS. Tells me he may have had trouble qualifying out of high school. Like the offer.

This seems like a weird situation to me.  What is a recruit who has several P5 offers (several are not PWO) and even more G5s doing at Southwest Minnesota State University when he is from Florida?  He should be able to do a lot better than Division 2.

Probably struggled to qualify academically, it is a tad easier to qualify D2 vs D1 when looking at what credits are needed.
