Staff Announcements? Coming Sunday?

I would hope at a minimum the DC would be named on Sunday. If he announces defensive position coaches before the DC is announced I will be concerned.  I understand the "respect" factor not naming new coaches before the game, but it's time to get moving.

Give him some time, he is doing a full on blitz I would think in terms of solo recruiting a few guys and doing interviews with current staff… I would expect a full on press for staff etc once we get past signing day and the window freezes. 
 

also, he has talked about adding HS coaches and I would assume he is looking at ones in the state championship first

He may already have most of his staff selected but they may have to wait until their current schools finish their seasons.

Most coaches will stay as common courtesy to team they are own through NSD. I think Koonz and Biagi both did that with us a few years ago. Football scoop is always busy the next few days after NSD.

@TheReal_jayDDo you think he hires his DC and lets him choose the position coaches, or starts adding them himself?

Everything I have heard is DC will pick his assistants

He likely does have a few names already picked and ready and allowing them to finish out at other schools. But while at the same time allowing these current coaches will get an interview, along with you don’t want to be announcing new coaches undermining the current staff either
