NCAA: Starting today, the NCAA has issued a one-time blanket waiver for FBS schools to exempt postseason participation from the limit of 4 contests a student-athlete may play in without burning their redshirt.

Wish basketball had similar red shirting rules. Say 30% of teams total games regardless of when they are played… Allow for guys to play 10-12 games and still have four years left.

I guess the expanded playoff will change it, but the bowl games just about turned into the equivalent of NFL Pro Bowl.

This simply cannot be true. From what I read on here, losing bowl games is a reason to be fired.
