they have 6 wins against quad 3 & 4 teams, and 1 quad 2 win.  their loss was to Ole Miss who is currently 1 spot ahead of UNT

From what I've seen, quad 1 losses barely affect ranking which is why it's so critical FAU, UAB, UNT, and Charlotte all get and remain ranked 75 and better. An away game against a team ranked 1-75 is Quad 1. We were hurt last year by our lack of Quad 1 wins due to our conference being weak.

About FAU not being ranked in the AP poll, that's done once a week while NET updates daily. NET is way more important for college basketball though. AP ranking is just for show.

Not the NET, but when the polls come out tomorrow there is a good chance that Virginia (you know the team we fought tooth and nail against in the NIT last season) will be the new #1.
