It gets crapped on a lot by folks not on the west coast, but the Pac 12 isn't a cakewalk by any means.  I do think Sanders will have success just based on the talent he's gonna accumulate, but he's not gonna come in and dominate right off the bat (even with USC and UCLA hitting the road).  Not with that Oregon money, not to mention the budding powerhouse in Salt Lake City.

Colorado: The assistant coaches, outside of running backs coach Darian Hagan, have been relieved of their duties, per Brian Howell.

Colorado: Tim Brewster is following Deion from Jackson State to Colorado. Brewster, the former Minnesota head coach, coached the tight ends at Jackson State last year.

Prime will be successful at Colorado for one very simple reason: He knows how to win. He knows what it takes. He will not settle for less.

And, he is smart enough to know that he can't do it all himself, so he brings in legit assistants and holds everybody accountable.

The issue might become his ego and does he hold himself accountable if things go wrong. He's "earned" this chance, but the reality of P5 and having success at JSU are very different.
