None of the coaches you listed are OLD. Gary Patterson is old. The game has passed him by. I am talking about old coaches moving to a lower level and starting over. It doesn’t work.

He's 5 years older than Malzahn who has UCF ranked and playing the AAC championship game today but ok. Sure.

Just because Dan McCarney didn't work here, doesn't mean another former P5 coach won't work in the future.

Hot take: Smatresk, Wren both fumbled this tremendously because they couldn’t tell the big money donors to shove it and make an actual proactive decision.

I overheard him say at the pep rally that the search won't take long. Also, a source with inside information stated Dr. S was unaware of Wren leaving.
