Another example of where tickets sold is what is counted

Could not have been more than 3K in the stands

3000? There probably weren’t 300 people there and that included the band.

Will there be over 22K in two week vs Rice? They should play this next week. Thanksgiving weekend will not help.

I think Rice wouldn’t appreciate having to play UTSA and UNT both on the same day.

This is such a sobering reality of the support this program receives to think about playing for a spot in the conference championship game in front of 10k people. Sad.

I wonder what attendance would have looked like had we beat UAB?  This game usually isn’t well attended, but losing yesterday won’t help. I’ll be there rooting for a win. Even got my youngest some noise makers for the game!  Looking forward to it. GMG!

Will our finale outdraw UCLA earlier this Fall?  Someone said less than 1,000 for the Bruins.
IMO, the NCAA is creating too much fan-unfriendly things which especially breaks the spirit of the G5 group.

GMG!

This looks like midday and they didn't kick off yesterday until 730 local time, what game is this?

I was there. It’s a big stadium.  With the band, 2500-3000 could be right. People were spread out all over the place. We moved right behind the UNT bench. Great stadium.  Terrible attendance.

I was at the game also. My son graduated from UAB 25 years ago so we sat on the Blazer side below their Stadium Club. While their were certainly not 18,000 butts in the seat , there were more that 3,000 fans, especially on our side. In addition, a blue norther rolled in and it was pretty cold. We bailed at half time and watched the 2nd half at nearby sports bar.
