Since you’ll likely run an article later this week where you’ll tell us that Littrell has won 10 of the last 12 CUSA games (that meant nothing), and that Aune leads the country in passing among quarterbacks that are between 28 and 30 years old, here are some stats that you should also include.

Littrell’s team scored 21 in the first half…and ZERO in the second

Aune put on a show for NFL scouts…throwing for about 31 yards in the second half (and 159 total)

Zero vs an interim staff.

According to Vito, expecting anything more is delusional. We’re going to a bowl. We need to shut up and be happy.

He’s not the only one though.   Lots of people (Heck, a bunch of people on GMG.com) think the same way.

We’re going to the best G5 conference in FBS, we have some of the best facilities in all of G5, and we’re still just lucky to be hanging out here according to media in general.   We have to take the next step in Football.

Here’s another one:

1-4

As in, we’re 1-4 against teams that either are or will be in The American next year. And 1 game remaining since Rice will be joining us too.

Heard the announcers say that 5 of his 11 INTs this season have been returned for a TD. Yikes.

Mentioned this in another thread( I thought 4) and get down voted.....truth hurts sometime.

It was like the 2018 game all over again. NT got conservative in the third quarter -- I thought they should have been more aggressive but they believed in their defense much more than I did at that time.

Bye week should help the squad get a little healthier, help the offensive brain trust figure out the wrinkles they were thrown by UAB, and to make sure Rice is a formality so people feel good about spending money to go to San Antonio.

Solid observation. Playing not to lose is always a bad strategy.

If I want to be nitpicky....Littrell's team scored 21 points in the 2nd quarter and zero in the other 3 quarters.

Maybe Vito will point out that scoring 3 TDs in one quarter is amazing for a team like North Texas that is headed to it's 6th bowl game in 7 seasons. An absolute unbelievable miracle...

Did anyone else read this and think, “he’s ONLY got 11 INTs this year?”
