I’ve heard about this game.
Wish I could have been there, but I was in high school.  

Imagine watching a Mean Green football team that would have 8(?) NFL draft choices on it & 3 of those which were #1  draft choices?  Did I miss the true golden era of Mean Green football?
 I once heard Dandy Don Meredith extol the virtues of that Mean Joe Greene led football team at North Texas.

I was there also and I believe Phil and Ron are correct.  The only memory that I can add to it was that it started raining at the half and Ramsey still kept throwing touchdown passes while the rain slowed Cook down.  One of my favorite games.

One of the best football games, I have ever had the fortune to witness.

Those that automatically put Fine as the best QB at NT ever, were too young to see Ramsey.
