For most teams, punting it away would have been reasonable, but I would have lost my mind if we’d punted based on our tendencies. I feel like we’ve gone for it with very similar field position in the first half of games this year. -

I hope we lose to Temple
This. So many people on here just don’t understand that UNT Football isn’t going to be anything bigger than we have seen. It can’t, not with NIL and the portal mess allowing the P4s to buy away anyone with talent on the roster. So we will start over again next year with a different roster, same clueless coach who cannot figure out 4th down on offense (much, much less defense), and we will have a schedule that should be good for us, but in the end will be too tough. Rinse and repeat for the most part since 1995. High end is a 9 win season, low end is 1-2 wins.
