I don't like "battle of the birds"; it seems very weak and a step away from "Battle of the birdbrains."

Is the 450 (+/-) member Green Brigade Marching Band going or just a smaller group?  
This may turn into a good game.  Compared to last year, the MG  “D” worries me.  UNT’s running game could be the difference. The key is not getting behind  too early. Aune is not a come from behind QB.

Need more of this advertising coming from the school. I don’t think the university as a whole does enough to support their teams. Basketball student section started to fill out when the students took it upon themselves to market the games.

They need to play out-of-town games in every sport on the TV's across campus.

Our 50% pass effective QB is now going to be facing a club that has just opened the upper sections of the Alamo dome for $10 a seat (and a bucket of chicken to sacrifice).

It's not that damn difficult to be consistent in marketing. Sometimes, it's a click of a remote. We do a very, very bad job in this department.
