Jill Medlock is not on the season preview or roster on the meangreensports.com website? Is she not coming back, or what is the deal? Armstrong and Medlock gone?

Honestly, I don't think it will hurt them as much as some may think! Yes, she did break the 3-point record for a single season, but I think they can replace what she brought to the table! Armstrong will be missed more than Medlock in my opinion. I am still very optomistic about the ladies' season...I think they will be a very strong team and have a great shot at winning the SBC tourney this year with it being in Denton.

from my understanding both will be gone next season, one was removed and the other decided to part ways. My source is pretty decent on this one, right jaydub?..... But they both are gone and the recruits actually look really good. Played with some of them at the rec this summer! Need some work in a few areas but who doesn't need work....

This was confirmed in today's DMN. 3 pointers are great when yhou are on but I prefer the better percentage shots.

The paper basically said everything I wasn't allowed to...the two of them didn't fit into the team concept and were causing drama....I like the idea with Mireles and Bobo in the front court....natalie is a little balla she just needed some time to recover from her injuries

Not a whole lot of interest shown here, but there are a few fans that apparently can see a positive with the two leading returning scorers both off the team. I fail to see anything good about this.

At some point this coaching staff is going to have to produce.

when your two leading scorers do not associate or anything with the rest of the team...When they work for themselves more than the team....There is a positive....From what i have heard from one of the girls i frequent.... that was both of their problems. a team is only as strong as its weakest link and guess what...the one that were causing the problem just left....so thus making a stronger team....

Maybe it is a recruiting problem....maybe a coaching problem...Maybe it is just selfish players that are not team players....either way the people that were causing drama by not working together or even showing up are gone and the team is better off in my opinion. Your's may be different...No Biggie....

Look at the Rangers...Are those guys the best players in the MLB??? Not even close but chemistry and teamwork has gotten them half a game outta first when ever expected them to be cellar dwellers....
