Are you me?  😄  Though my 4th degree is from Texas A&M, so this year it looks like the Liberty Bowl . . .

Good win- seemed to have a few things go our way and Aune was 70%. Still just beat another team that is not great. 
 

we all know what happens against good competition— he is unprepared and we don’t compete. UAB, UTSA, WKU, and now a salty Rice team will tell us all we need to know.

How can Aune continue to make that throw that ends in pic six.  He has had 4 in three games.  Throw the damn ball out of bounds.  The pass today looked like he was throwing to the defender.

It was a good CUSA game for us but it won't cut in the AAC. If we give SL an extension we are fools.  He did this last year and when plays teams outside our conferences he folds like a cheap suit.

The team very well today and I give them all credit but I still don't think SL is still the man.

We have to give credit where it is due. If you can dish out the criticism when things go bad, you have to admit when things go right. There is still a lot of season left to play, with some tough road games on the horizon.

I looked at the teams we have left on the schedule. I looked at their wins and losses and who they have played. This team is more than capable of beating everyone left on our schedule. UAB, WKU, and UTSA are not what they were last year. They have beaten teams that are ranked below us and have lost to teams that we would think they would win against. UAB was just beaten by Rice. UTSA played Texas Southern about the same as we played them so we look more evenly matched. WKU lost to Troy whose only decent win is against Marshall and Marshall lost to Bowling Green. Based off of that, we are more than capable of winning the conference. Will it happen remains to be seen.
