Been watching the game and this is a case of UTEP playing well not Boise State playing bad. Utep's defense has been smashing Boise in the mouth

Yeah they just outmuscled them from the jump. Just physically dominating them. Boise was NOT prepared for it. Fun to see.

After UTEP played perhaps one of the worst games they could have in Albuquerque (7 turnovers) it's nice to see something like this. They are also doing an incredible job on clock management. Almost every snap has been with under 5 Seconds To Go

Congratulations to UTEP. I hope Seth and Company are watching this and see what can happen when you do ball control offense

Actual execution goes a long way.  That’s coaching and players and BELIEF.  They really aren’t far from us in terms of staff fragility and we beat them just a bit ago.  I’m not saying I want Seth back but let’s gel and win some games!!!

Good job on the staff to adjust to their strengths. 54 carries to 11 passes. Controlled time of possession. Miners offense was on the field for over 40 minutes. Zero turnovers the entire game for both teams. Maybe SL was watching and decides to play to our strengths from here on out.

Will give the Miner's coaches credit for not trying to pass more. Their quarterback was spot on last night. The only pass that was not completed was when his elbow was hit. But they put in a game plan to manage the clock and I they controlled the clock for 40:35 compared to 19:35 for Boise

Glad UTEP beat Boise State.  I get tired of hearing how great Boise State is.  They needed a little slice of "humble pie".
