It's like they all jumped into the fire with zero experience, and are taking action on a reactionary approach.  Nothing being done proactively.

Do we not have anyone on our staff that knows what it means to have a smooth game day experience?

This doesn't involve football, but I was at the women's soccer game against Texas Tech today and the videoboard didn't show any stats or replay or nothing. I just don't understand why these type of things happen when we have some really nice video boards that are basically useless

Last year against Northwestern State in our first home game, we had a multitude of game day issues during that game. The stats completely cut out, both on that video board and even the official stats. I remember Baker’s message was that it was the first game and there were a lot of new people in new roles and they were working to resolve the issues. Very discouraging to still be having issues on something seemingly so basic.

Can't wit till gameday to discover who doesn't know something about equipment or how to handle things.  Good event management = Practice and checklists.
