Jameis Winston received multiple shoplifting citations while in college. He also had the whole sexual assault allegations, which, innocent until proven guilty so whatever. I brought up Joe Mixon who knocked out a woman and broke her jaw then played the following season. ESPN posted an article in 2015 where they examined college athlete arrests amongst 20 of the biggest athletic programs. They found most ended up being dropped after the athletic departments protected their athletes. Another great example is Aaron Hernandez who was was drinking at a bar, refused to pay, then hit the manager all at the age of 17 after he enrolled at Florida early. It was documented in the police report after he even admitted to it. School did nothing. It's a case by case basis but if you don't think the biggest programs allow a lot of shady stuff to happen, I don't know what to tell you. They pretty much only act if the situation either benefits them (clear a roster spot) or if it's just so bad they have to do something to save their image. -

Sadly in this day and age most players do not care about the school they're at and truly don't give a crap about the fans unless those fans are buying their NIL products. If they want to leave, let them leave and why do we waste so much time speculating on it. -
