4th and 1 and our CB gets schooled, and the QB hits the target. One could only wish that our $2 million a year coach could do that.

I remind you that Faulkner is garbage

And Crosby shouldn’t be out there either. Hasn’t been close to a receiver all night and all big plays have been against him.

Should be 17-0.  Yikes.   Bennett has been good with halftime adjustments and I expect the defense to pick it up a bit.

Our QB situation is another story though 😞

The secondary making this kid look like a superstar, passes on the money

Frankly it's their first score and it came in the second quarter. Our defense has been ok. Our QB play has been embarrassing. That's our biggest problem here.

Correct. There isn’t a single player in the secondary who has shown to be a good FBS-level player in their 6-year careers. Very disappointing to see those same guys rolling out there and just kind of looking not good enough. Gaddie seems the closest.

Didn't SL go on record as saying Aune had the most improvement he has ever seen in one single offseason?

I mean, when you're at a 50% completion percentage, there's nowhere to go but up.
