DRC: Three things we learned from UNT's first major scrimmage of fall practice

I saw a Gunnell series, then Ruder drive back to back late in the scrimmage. I think the play was already discussed, but Ruder threw what i am guessing was a 40-yard pass as part of the drive that was caught in stride along the sideline. Bad eyes looking into the sun and no roster, so I am not sure who caught it.

My guess is he is third or fourth on the depth list, but that drive was engineered nicely.

To my eyes Ruder has the most velocity of the bunch.
